The Men’s U18 program is the beginning of the USA Eagles journey for young rugby players. This program features players in XVs and sevens who fit within the ages of 16-18 years old by December 31 of the current year. Selections for USA Rugby U18s are made from domestic competitions across the country. All camps and competitions are focused on long-term player development.

Opportunity Days are regional camps with selections made through scouting, nominations as well as All-American and All-Conference honors lists. Coaches and players may submit nominations. Once nominations are reviewed, select players will receive invitations to the Opportunity Day in their area.
National Development Programs are USA Rugby verified programs and academies that deliver high performance development and may yield opportunities for identification and entrance into the national team pathway.
